Here at BMS Cars we know that our customers lead busy lives and so we endeavor to make the process of getting your car repaired as easy as possible by minimising the disruption to your day – and we do this by offering free onsite parking and the following services and amenities.
In today’s age many of us rely on our vehicles to get us from A to B and so when a vehicle breaks down it can leave you feeling stressed and overwhelmed trying to figure out your transport options. When your vehicle is with us for repairs you need not worry, as we have a variety of courtesy cars available on request. All of our courtesy cars are 5-door which means regardless of whether it’s just you, you and the family, or you, the family and the weekly shop – you can carry on your day as normal. Please note that there is an applicable charge of £10 when using our courtesy cars which covers the cost of your insurance. Fuel is not covered and it is your responsibility to ensure that it is returned with the same amount of fuel that it was given to you with. Mileage and tank volume is checked before the courtesy vehicle is released and checked on return.
Pick Up And Drop Off Service
If you can’t leave the house, you need to go to work or you just need that helping hand – we can assist with the collection of your vehicle. In some cases this service is free of charge however, this depends on where your vehicle is located and the extent of the repairs your vehicle requires – for example; if it requires a recovery vehicle to collect it. If it does then the charge for this is £50 + VAT if the vehicle is located within 8 miles of our base. Anything beyond this radius will need quoting separately. However, if a technician can collect and drop of the vehicle on their way to or from work, then this service will be free so it’s always worth inquiring first!
Amenities Available Whilst You Wait
To ensure you’re comfortable whilst you wait we have onsite toilets and a dedicated customer waiting room which is located directly opposite reception. Inside our customer waiting room there is a hot beverage station where you can make tea, coffee and hot chocolate free of charge, in addition to a water cooler from local supplier, South Downs Water.
For entertainment we have a variety of books, newspapers and magazines, an internet-connected computer, or if you’d like to watch your MOT live as it happens, we have a screen next to the front desk in reception where you can watch this..
